Shipping & Collection

We have made 3 options available for receiving your order(s):

1. Collection at our studio:

During Lockdown Level 3, you may collect your orders on Fridays between 10am-3pm. Please note that we cannot keep your order for longer than 14 days due to our lack of space, and you will be contacted to arrange delivery for R75.


2. Standard shipping: Shop-to-door

Allow 5-7 business days for delivery from placement of order. Delivery is between 8am - 5pm and is carried out by a third-party courier company - Fastway or Aramex. Please note that the courier will attempt to deliver twice before returning the parcel back to our HQ, when you will be able to collect from us or pay an additional R75 for it to be resent.
Flat fee: R75
The Shopaholic will send email notifications throughout the processing and dispatch of your order to the email address or cell number provided.
It is the customer's responsibility to track their order from dispatch from our HQ.
The courier may call you on the cell number provided at checkout.
Check your spam/junk if it is not in your email inbox. Please note that if you provide an incorrect delivery address or do not supply a complete address, your order will not be delivered on time. Please note that as South Africa is in lockdown due to COVID-19, delivery may take longer than usual.

3. Express shipping: Shop-to-door 

This service is temporarily unavailable.


How can I pay for my order?

Our payment options include the following:

  • Credit card: VISA & Mastercard on our account on (at checkout)
  • EFT/bank deposit (manually via your banking app or direct deposit/transfer)


Our banking details: Always notify us before making payment into our account and send us a valid proof of payment.
