1. Doorstep Delivery: Shop-to-door is FREE

Delivery is between 8am - 5pm on a Monday-Friday and is carried out by a third-party courier company - Fastway Couriers or Aramex Couriers
Please note that the courier will attempt to deliver twice before returning the parcel back to our HQ.

Fastway and Aramex will deliver directly to your doorstep.

Express Order Fees: R300 per order

Delivery prompts and communication:
The Shopaholic and our courier provider will send email updates throughout the processing and dispatch of your order to the email address or cell number provided.

It is your responsibility to track your order once it is dispatched from our HQ. We may also contact you from our business WhatsApp account of which the number is 076 066 9010. 

The courier may call you on the cell number provided at checkout.

Check your spam/junk if it is not in your email inbox. Please note that if you provide an incorrect delivery address or do not supply a complete address, your order may not be delivered on time.

Your goods are shipped immediately, and you incur no additional cost (zero fees, zero interest*).

Payflex is not a credit provider. Payflex provides interest and charge-free payment plans for low-value amounts over 6 weeks or over 3 paydays. This is commonly referred to in the industry as BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later) services. If one does not meet the required instalment dates, penalties are incurred, but not in the form of interest.

How do Pay in 3 instalments work?

If you use Payflex five or more days before your payday of that month, the second payment will be on the same month’s payday. If you make your purchase within 5 days of your payday, then the second payment will only be charged on the following month’s payday.

3. Can I collect my order at your HQ?

Yes you may, if collection is enabled at checkout. You will receive a notification when your order is ready to collect.
