Black Friday Info


1. Doorstep Delivery: Shop-to-door is R75

Black Friday & Cyber Monday delivery timelines are extended and orders are due to be delivered by 7 December. Delivery is between 8am - 5pm on a Monday-Friday and is carried out by a third-party courier company - Fastway or Aramex - with their own delivery schedule over which we have no influence.
Please note that the courier will attempt to deliver twice before returning the parcel back to our HQ, when you will be able to collect from us in January 2023 or pay an additional R75 for it to be resent in the new year. 
Flat fee: R75
Delivery prompts and communication:
The Shopaholic will send email or SMS updates throughout the processing and dispatch of your order to the email address or cell number provided. The customer selects the method of contact at checkout.
It is the customer's responsibility to track their order once it is dispatched from our HQ. We may also contact you from our business WhatsApp account of which the number is 0760669010. This is not a call-line. 
The courier may call you on the cell number provided at checkout.
Check your spam/junk if it is not in your email inbox. Please note that if you provide an incorrect delivery address or do not supply a complete address, your order may not be delivered on time.

2. How can I pay for my order?

Our payment options include the following:

  • Credit card: VISA & MasterCard and most mainstream currencies at
  • EFT/bank deposit (manually via your banking app or direct deposit/transfer)

3. Can I collect my order at your HQ?

Unfortunately we will not be enabling pick-up/collection for Black Friday orders.


4. Can I use my discount code on my Black Friday purchase?

Only customers who have gift cards loaded or cash credit may use their promo codes at checkout. Any other rewards program, student discount and weekly promo discount codes will be disabled until 30 November 2022.
