Returns & Exchanges:
Our policy lasts 10 calendar days. If 10 calendar days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We gladly allow returns and exchanges if there's a defect or problem with your item, however, we do have the right to refuse returns & exchanges if something has been worn.
All returns will be refunded in full to you via EFT within 7 days of us receiving the item back. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods such as swimwear or bodysuits.
Additional non-returnable items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. We will treat the return of a sale item on a case by case basis.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning/exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If we are able to accommodate your return/exchange in person at our HQ, this can be arranged too.
