Returns & Exchanges
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered and in the same condition that you received it. It will be inspected before the refund or exchange.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods such as swimwear or bodysuits.

Gift cards (e-voucher) and custom-made items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping is non-refundable.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed via EFT, within 14 day
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If you need to make an exchange for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org (not .com) to log an exchange and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary between 3-5 working days.
If you return a product that does not comply with this policy, you may be liable to reimburse THE SHOPAHOLIC for the cost of collecting the product from you and the cost of having the product returned to you.
Custom-made garments unfortunately cannot be refunded as it is made according to your size and will not fit someone else.
