Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges:
Our policy lasts 14 calendar days. If 14 calendar days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

For Black Friday orders, no returns or exchanges will be allowed at all.

To be eligible for a return on your full-price purchase, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The packaging (if it is in a box) must be in it's original condition.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods such as swimwear or bodysuits.

Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. This applies to Black Friday as well.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at order@the-shopaholic.com and once we acknowledge your request, we will provide you with delivery details. 

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
