Our policy lasts 14 calendar days. If 14 calendar days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We gladly allow returns and exchanges if there's a defect or problem with your item, however, we do have the right to refuse returns & exchanges if something has been worn.

All returns will be refunded in full to you via EFT within 7 days of us receiving the item back. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods such as swimwear or bodysuits.

Shipping
The customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning/exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
